The Clean Team proudly serves your upholstery cleaning needs with the finest cleaning services available. Our cleaning system efficiently extracts soil and unhealthy matter from your upholstery using safe, mild solutions, pressure, and water temperature that is most effective. 


The same process and techniques were also developed to expedite drying and minimize the residue left on your upholstery, eliminating the major cause of rapid soiling to keep your valued possessions cleaner longer. In the pre-inspection, if the certified technician determines your fabric is non-colorfast, it may need to be dry cleaned. We have that capability as well.

Our 11-Step Upholstery Cleaning Process

  1. Pre-inspection – Our service technician will inspect the upholstery, noting fabric type and soiling conditions. We will also advise you of any possible permanent staining.
  2. Pre-vacuum – Your piece will be thoroughly vacuumed to remove dry soil. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning.
  3. Floor protection – Your carpet or wood floors will be protected with an absorbent blanket to ensure we do not drip or over-spray as we clean the upholstery.
  4. Pre-condition or pre-spot – The fabric is “ pre-conditioned” with special cleaning compounds specially designed for your particular fabric & soil condition. This loosens up the soil to make rinsing more effective.
  5. Pre-agitate – The pre-conditioner will be worked into the fabric with a white towel or a horsehair brush, specially designed for this use.
  6. Rinse and extract – Once the soil has been loosened, we will thoroughly flush the fabric with our specially designed upholstery extraction tools. Water pressure is regulated so that the fabric is not overly wet.
  7. Neutralize – Every piece that we clean is pH balanced so there is no sticky residue left behind. This treatment is applied after rinsing the fabric.
  8. Post-spot treatment – If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty-spotting techniques are employed.
  9. Post-grooming – If the fabric has a knap, the knap is set in one direction using a grooming brush or white towel.
  10. Post-inspection – The piece is inspected by a technician and then by you the homeowner during our post-inspection. Let us know that you are pleased by signing our service report.
  11. Quality check phone call – Our office will call you within 1 – 2 days to make sure everything was completed to your satisfaction.


If for any reason the service performed does not meet your satisfaction, call our office immediately. If we are notified within seven days, we will return free of charge to re-clean or remove a reappearing spot. Our minimum service charge may apply for any callbacks after seven days.

As we have progressed through the years, it has always been our focus to provide the highest quality services within the area.


With this system, we can clean the drapes in your home or office where they hang! Although, in some homes where it had been many years since the drapery’s last cleaning, items that are extremely soiled or smoke damaged, plant cleaning may be the only viable solution. 


Our refreshing process gives us the ability to be extremely thorough and fully efficient. We will first provide a thorough inspection by identifying present cleaning challenges such as permanent stains, sunlight damage, and more. We will give you an evaluation of what kind of results to expect. We will then vacuum the draperies, front and back, to remove any surface dry soil and dust. 


We then use specially treated “sponges” to remove soil. These sponges are treated with dry-cleaning solvents but do not have any liquid in them. These “dry” sponges are great for removing oil-based soils that become airborne when cooking, etc. Once the refresh is complete, we will then go over the cleaning results with you.
